Stay On The Way Transit Hotel

Staff was helpful, they actually do have 24/7 lobby with staff. Rooms were very nice, decently clean. Everything about the hotel itself was good, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice and everything. We were happy with the quality.

The location is a lie, it is not "right next to Kempegowda International" like they claim. ITS 20 MIN AWAY. Find it on Google Maps - that is the REAL location.

They lie about the location. It says they are next to the airport. In reality they are 20 minutes away.

The rooms were quite large & clean! The staff was good enough considering it's a transit hotel

The place doesn't have lift so if you have large size of luggage, please be prepared for the climb! Although, the staff comes down to help you with the luggage, still it's a hassle.Also it's a 10 minute drive to the airport- not a walking distance!

The room was spacious and so was the attached bath.

There was no provision for tea once we checked in, in the evening; we managed without having tea that evening. Tea/ coffee should be made available in-house; can be done with a tea/ coffee vending machine. The dinner food was costly as it was ordered from a upmarket restaurant; there should be more options on food availability.We did not get to use the complimentary wi-fi; it should be provided upfront at the desk during guest registration.We did not get a receipt for the booking payment; there should be a provision to print it upfront and give to customer immediately upon payment. We asked for it but could not get even a soft copy as the software had an issue and were told we'll get a whatsapp copy; that never arrived. We stayed only for about 6-7 hours at the hotel; when we mentioned that since we were paying for 24 hours and only availing 1/4th the duration and whether the airport cab drop can be made complimentary, it was refused. Overall, the stay was overpriced.

The walls of the room were decayed. The taxi to airport is only 370Rs but they use private cars and charge 550Rs.

Pros - clean, value for money. Cons- location on booking.com says next terminal 1 or approx 1km from KIA airport - clearly false information, hotel is around 12km from airport.Check in was agreed between 5-6 in the morning but when called to get the exact location no answer & when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was sleeping !!! After further discussion it's clear that the location was intentionally misrepresented to increase bookings. The hotel doesn't have lifts & no shops nearby. The receptionist kindly requested online delivery for lunch.

There's no lift, so not suitable for aged people. There's no restaurant, so the food is ordered from outside, and it's horrible

Wonderful rooms and very clean toilet. Hotel was very close to bangalore international airport and this saved me a lot of time to travel to the airport as i was boarding an international flight. Staff could have been better in terms of enthusiasm and liveliness. Overall it was a lovely stay.

There was no hot water supply, no kettle, no place to sit, and no toilet paper. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.The linens were unbleached, which was also concerning.I strongly advise against staying here. It’s a big “no” for me. Save your money!

Nothing to dislike in particular but the rooms could be much cleaner and the amenities could be better.

The location is excellent for anyone going to the airport, as you don't have to take any detour. The property is new, and everything is neat and clean. There is no in house restaurant but room service from a nearby restaurant is available.

The staff were not professionally trained or dressed, but having said that they were responsive to any requests and did the job...but a more professional staff would improve the experience.

Everything at the hotel was very good.Cleanliness was well maintained.Big and spacious rooms.Comfortable beds.Best hotel to stay near airport.Easy accessibility.There are various food joints if you want to order food nearby.Must stay if you want a hotel nearer to Bangalore Airport.

Misleading location of the object. Should be considered a fraud. Sounds from the street were unbearable. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of the traffic.

The photos you see are not the reality.There is something else.The bathroom was also not good.The room photos added here is not the exact.The size of the room also doesn't match.

The staff was excellent, it was very much clean and value for money as the room was also very large in size

The hotel is good for a 1 night stay.

They need to be more careful about the drivers there sending to pick up the clients. I asked for 2 big xl cars as we were 7 people and we had 6 big suitcases and 4 small ones. However,the hotel said it will send one as it will fit it one big car. We waited for 1 hour at the airport for the car to come,after calling numerous times on the number they gave me. To our surprise,a small car came to fetch us. Only 1 big suitcase and 2 small ones fit in it! And it was another driver. He was very careless with our luggage as well!we had to wait for them to send another car after I called them!
